Louis Bayon
Graduated from the “l’Ecole Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées et de l’EM Lyon”, Louis began his career at Crédit Lyonnais in 1999 in the Structured Financeteam.
He then joined the Archon Group (Goldman Sachs) as an acquisition analyst and in 2001 joined the M&A team at Close Brothers where he advised numerous developers and nursing homes’ groups on their acquisitions.
In 2003, he joined Covivio as an asset manager before becoming head of office asset management (assets under management of 4.700 million euros at the end of 2011).
In 2011, he joined Eurosic as director of asset management before becoming director of tertiary operations (assets under management of €7.000 million euros at end 2017).
Since July 2017, he has been head of Batipart’s investment vehicles dedicated to leisure, retail and offices sectors in Europe (assets under management €2.500 million euros)
He is now the Managing Director of Batipart Immo Europe Management France.
Yan Perchet
In 2005, he joined Foncière des Régions as Chief Executive Officer of Foncière des Murs, a listed company managing hotel, health and leisure real estate assets.
Previously, he worked at Lazard Ltd. from 1994 to 2005, where he was named Partner in 1998, leading several investment banking transactions, including a number of IPOs of real estate players.
Nicolas Ruggieri
Previously worked at Foncière des Régions as an Asset Manager for the offices business unit and moved to Foncière Europe Logistique as Finance Director.
Nicolas started his career in the acquisitions team of General Electric Real Estate EMEA.
Carole Faucher
In 2014, she joined Eurosic as Head of Missions to the General Management. In 2015, after contributing to its creation, she took over the management of Lagune, an investment vehicle dedicated to leisure and health industries in Europe (assets under management of € 1.8 billion at the end of 2019).
In 2012, she joined the Rothschild & Cie Bank's financing and restructuring consulting team.
As part of her activities in Lagoon, she supervised the acquisition of assets valued at € 250 million in Spain and Portugal.
She began her career at BNP Paribas CIB in 2007 as part of the M&A advisory team, before moving in 2011 to the acquisition financing team.
Graduated from the École Normale Supérieure and Sciences Po Paris.
Jean Louis Charon
Former Chief Executive Officer of Vivendi Universal’s real estate subsidiary and co-founder of Nexity (he is still executive board member).
He previously worked for the French ministry of Industry, General Electric and Thomson.
