Philippine Derycke

Chief Operations Officer of EIS from 2016 to  June 2017.

She was previously Acquisition Manager of Eurosic in Paris and was strongly implicated in the creation of EIS.

Before that, Philippine worked during four years at Unibail-Rodamco, where she held the position of Senior Investment Manager.

Previously, she worked in the real estate divisions of Carrefour and UBS.

Yan Perchet

Chief Executive Officer of Eurosic SIIC SA from 2012 to 2017.

In 2005, he joined Foncière des Régions as Chief Executive Officer of Foncière des Murs, a listed company managing hotel, health and leisure real estate assets.

Previously, he worked at Lazard Ltd. from 1994 to 2005, where he was named Partner in 1998, leading several investment banking transactions, including a number of IPOs of real estate players.

Nicolas Ruggieri

Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Eurosic SIIC SA from 2013 to 2017.

Previously worked at Foncière des Régions as an Asset Manager for the offices business unit and moved to Foncière Europe Logistique as Finance Director.

Nicolas started his career in the acquisitions team of General Electric Real Estate EMEA.

Raphael Andrieu

With more than 30 years of real estate experience in Spain, he is the Chairman of Isolela Corp since 2011, a real estate consulting company based in Madrid.

He was the Chief Executive Officer of Auguste Thouard’s Spanish and international divisions for 15 years.

He is also the Chairman and founder of EXA Real Estate.

Jean Louis Charon

Founder and President of Citystar since 2005.

Former Chief Executive Officer of Vivendi Universal’s real estate subsidiary and co-founder of Nexity (he is still executive board member).

He previously worked for the French ministry of Industry, General Electric and Thomson.

Nicolas Boulet

Chief Investment Officer of Euler Hermès, a subsidiary of Allianz.

He was previously Senior Manager of the global asset liability and strategic asset allocation team at Allianz Investment Management.

Jean-Pierre Quatrhomme

Chief Executive Officer of Immovalor Gestion, a subsidiary of Allianz,  since June 2012.

Director of private asset management for Allianz group from April 2007 to June 2012.

Alain Ansaldi

Former Chief Investments Officer of Euler Hermès.

Ignacio Bilbao

Ignacio Bilbao is a 20 years experienced lawyer and economist in real estate and retail fields, holding management roles and positions in the legal, expansion and in asset management areas, in multinational companies such as the real estate shopping centres division of the IKEA Group (Inter-IKEA/Ingka Centres), Jardiland-Verdecora (linked to AF Group Mulliez-Auchan), holding positions as Head of Legal, Secretary of the Board, Board member and member of the General Management Committees. He held positions (Chairman, Secretary, spokeperson) in Compliance Committees of such companies and in urban planning entities participated by the Groups he worked in. He has worked also as an external lawyer with own law firm.

He has international experience in complex pan-European projects involving different jurisdictions, developing projects mainly in Spain and Portugal.

He is specialized in real estate, urban planning, company and corporate law, and general counseling of companies.
Graduate in Law, Juridic-Economic speciality from the University of Deusto, having spent one year at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. Diploma in Urban Planning Law from the Bar of Madrid.
Member of the Bar of Madrid since 2002.
