Benoît Hérault

Since February 2020 Benoît holds the position of CEO of Elaia Investment Spain SOCIMI S.A.


In addition, he currently holds positions at Alstria REIT AG (Germany, Independent Director), Shaftestbury Fund Management (Luxembourg, Independent Director), BILT (Luxembourg, Independent Director) and Westbrook France (Senior Advisor).


In 2018, having been a director of Eurosic, he joined Batipart Immobilier in 2018.


Previously, between 2011 and 2018, he worked as a non-executive director in real estate (especially for Marie Brizard Wines & Spirits).


In 2000, he joined Goldman Sachs in London within the Whitehall funds, where he worked as CFO Europe, co-director of the Mezzanine fund and director of emerging market acquisitions.


In 1996, he was recruited by Archon Group France (Goldman Sachs) where he worked as Legal Director, Director of Asset Management and General Director.


He started his career at Gide Loyrette, where he worked for 6 years (mergers and acquisitions, bank and restructuring law, real estate law).


Graduated from HEC (1989) and member of the Paris Bar Association (1992).

Yan Perchet

Chief Executive Officer of Eurosic SIIC SA from 2012 to 2017.

In 2005, he joined Foncière des Régions as Chief Executive Officer of Foncière des Murs, a listed company managing hotel, health and leisure real estate assets.

Previously, he worked at Lazard Ltd. from 1994 to 2005, where he was named Partner in 1998, leading several investment banking transactions, including a number of IPOs of real estate players.

Nicolas Ruggieri

Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Eurosic SIIC SA from 2013 to 2017.

Previously worked at Foncière des Régions as an Asset Manager for the offices business unit and moved to Foncière Europe Logistique as Finance Director.

Nicolas started his career in the acquisitions team of General Electric Real Estate EMEA.

Carole Faucher

Since July 2019, she runs Anama, an investment vehicle dedicated to the hotel industry in Europe.
In 2014, she joined Eurosic as Head of Missions to the General Management. In 2015, after contributing to its creation, she took over the management of Lagune, an investment vehicle dedicated to leisure and health industries in Europe (assets under management of € 1.8 billion at the end of 2019).
In 2012, she joined the Rothschild & Cie Bank's financing and restructuring consulting team.
As part of her activities in Lagoon, she supervised the acquisition of assets valued at € 250 million in Spain and Portugal.
She began her career at BNP Paribas CIB in 2007 as part of the M&A advisory team, before moving in 2011 to the acquisition financing team.
Graduated from the École Normale Supérieure and Sciences Po Paris.

Jean Louis Charon

Founder and President of Citystar since 2005.

Former Chief Executive Officer of Vivendi Universal’s real estate subsidiary and co-founder of Nexity (he is still executive board member).

He previously worked for the French ministry of Industry, General Electric and Thomson.

Johann Bey

Chief Investment Officer of Euler Hermès, a subsidiary of Allianz.

Jean-Pierre Quatrhomme

Chief Executive Officer of Immovalor Gestion, a subsidiary of Allianz,  since June 2012.

Director of private asset management for Allianz group from April 2007 to June 2012.

Alain Ansaldi

Former Chief Investments Officer of Euler Hermès.

Javier Sanz

Javier worked for more than 11 years in the Legal Department of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Spain. He has extensive experience in real estate investment, construction and marketing operations. He has participated in numerous operations of purchase and sale of shopping centers, commercial premises and hotels. He has also been responsible for legal advice on the management and ownership of shopping centers as well as the Secretariat of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Companies in Spain.

He was previously working at Amenabar Constructions.

Javier studied Law at the University of Navarra and has a Master in Business Legal Advice from IE Business School.
