The company’s corporate purpose also includes (i) equity investments in Spanish REITS (SOCIMIs) or other non Spanish entities with the same corporate purpose and which are subject to a similar regime that the Spanish REITS; and (ii) equity investments in other entities in Spain or abroad with the corporate purpose to invest in urban real estate properties subject to a lease agreement and which have the same regime that Spanish REITS.
Corporate Purpose
The principal corporate purpose of the company is the acquisition and promotion (including rehabilitation) of real estate assets of an urban nature for lease.
